Palazotto Morelli has undergone recent restoration and makes it a very comfortable holiday apartment with all the modern amenities you could want.

The apartment (85 sqm) is generously sized with a wooden roof and has 4/8 beds, ideal for one or two families with children or for two couples who want to spend time of relaxing

in the heart of Matera.

With 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,

a spacious living room with fireplace and a fully equipped and spacious kitchen.

The outdoor areas consist of two terraces, accessible from the living room and kitchen, both of which are furnished. There is also a beautifully furnished terrace where you can enjoy fantastic views of the city's skyline including the  majestic  Cathedral.

Breakfast: This includes; yoghurt, cereal, fruit juice, milk, water, tea or coffee, cornetti and biscuits.

Kitchen: stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, built-in oven, microwave, saucepans. coffee maker with pods, plates, cutlery dishes and LED TV.

Breakfast and lunch can be enjoyed on the adjacent outdoor terrace.

Bathrooms: The first has  a bath/ shower, sink, toilet and bidet and the second, a shower, sink and washing machine.

Services: LED TV 48 "in the living room, fireplace, heating adjustable by guests, fully air-conditioned, free wifi throughout the apartment.

Parking
The apartment can be reached directly with your car. There are two secure car parks  only 100 meters away (payment is Euros 1.50 per hour (2023).   Alternatively, there is free parking around 650 meters away from the apartment.
